The guys at CBS.com said we had to write bios for the site here, but I feel like it's going to be hard to keep it anywhere under book-length. Won't people want to know our favorite tabloid newspapers? Our favorite Sarah McLachlan song? The genealogy of our racehorses? I will certainly try, though, because this is the internet and anything is possible here.

I'm Clark Duke. Michael Cera is my BFF. We wrote this show in my apartment a while ago and then I directed the first one as my thesis film in college. It was well-received by most people that saw it. If you could flash forward from that day to today, you would clearly see that nothing has changed except that we don't live in that apartment complex anymore... and someone bought the show and financed ten episodes, which you, Joe Internet, will hopefully watch here at this site.

For those of you who haven't watched any episodes yet and chose to read this meandering (auto)bio first, the plot of the show is simple: Michael and I are two twin brothers who were raised by our single mother, Shirley Cruise. After her untimely death, we were forced to go live with our father, Tony Cruise, a Cruise Ship captain. We go from port to port every week, getting into trouble, finding love, and finding ourselves on the high seas. (FUN TRIVIA: The original title of the show was "The Family Cruise," but was changed due to crushing legal issues.)

So to recap:

If you only watch one show on the internet today that was written/directed/produced/edited/scored by Clark Duke and Michael Cera, please let that show be Clark and Michael. Invite us into your homes. Offer us a glass of water and let us talk to your kids for a while.

xoxo
Clark
